Matthew Alford is an experienced construction engineer and project manager with over ten years of expertise in delivering complex Tier 1 infrastructure and heritage building projects across both Australia and the United Kingdom. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and a Master’s in Fire Engineering Science from the University of Edinburgh. His professional interests encompass all aspects of fire engineering, integrating technical knowledge with practical project delivery experience.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys travelling and sailing, and has a particular interest in technology and mechanical systems, including building websites and rebuilding boats. He is also an amateur photographer with a strong focus on landscapes.
