Pearly joins us with a strong backgroud in operations. She manages the day to day running of our projects and the office, so our engineers can focus on delivering fire strategies to our clients. 

Away from work, Pearly enjoys baking homemade bread and rainbow cakes. She also enjoys long country hikes with her labradoodle.
