100 Cheapside is an existing commercial office building located between the Bank of England and St Paul’s in the City of London. The new development by Quadrant Estates for CarVal Investors and Orion European Real Estate Fund III is the amalgamation of Windsor House, 2 Honey Lane and the City Tavern Public House on the island site bounded by Cheapside, Lawrence Lane, Trump Street and King Street. The building offers approximately 8000m2 of Grade A BREEAM Excellent office for completion in 2014. The existing buildings on the site were demolished and new 9 storey commercial office building with a single central core incorporating the one fire escape stair was provided.
