The Cube by Electrolux was a unique pop-up dining experience created to celebrate Electrolux's professional expertise. Situated atop London’s Royal Festival Hall in early 2013, it featured the talents of some of the most exciting chefs in the UK who cooked for just 18 guests high above the hustle and bustle, against a backdrop of the River Thames, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

The Fire Surgery provided fire safety advice on not only the integration of this temporary structure with the existing fire systems of the Royal Festival Hall but also considered all aspects of fire evacuation from this rooftop venue for both abled and disabled visitors to the Cube.
