International Quarter London is a joint venture between Lend Lease and London Continental Railways to create a thriving business quarter at the heart of London’s newest metropolitan area, Stratford City, E20.

2 Redman Place/ IQL S9 is located to the south of the site adjacent to IQL S10, and accessed via Carpenters Square. Sitting within a 22 acre site that connects seamlessly to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the emerging Cultural and Education District, IQL is in the heart of Stratford.

The project is a new build, multi-tenanted office development over ground to 9th floors, designed by award winning architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. The design of the building incorporates the use of of ‘cassette atria’.
