The Fire Surgery was commissioned by Roffey Homes to provide fire safety engineering support to the design of this Worthing seafront new build development. The scheme, designed by Allies & Morrison architects, involved the construction of a predominantly residential development from basement to 14th floor, sited in a prominent location adjacent to the Splashpoint Leisure Centre on Worthing’s seafront.
